TERMS OF SERVICE
PeaPod
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PeaPod, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PeaPod.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PeaPod. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms.
3. Your Account
- You must create an account with a valid email address and unique @username
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You may only create one account
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your voice recordings and content. By submitting content, you grant PeaPod a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the app. We will never sell your voice recordings to third parties.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or obscene
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Record or share the voice of another person without their consent
- Spam, solicit, or advertise to other users
- Create fake accounts
- Use the app for commercial purposes without written consent
- Post content involving minors in any inappropriate context
6. Objectionable Content, Reporting & Blocking
PeaPod has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets any person or group.
- You can report any response, comment, or profile from within the app (the "…" menu or the Report link). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and violating content is removed and the responsible user may be suspended or permanently banned.
- You can block any user from their profile or from their responses. Blocked users' content no longer appears in your feeds, search, or comments.
- Repeated or severe violations result in immediate account termination.

7. Privacy Settings
PeaPod offers Public and Friends Only visibility settings for voice responses. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate setting for your content.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, logo, and underlying code are owned by PeaPod and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain full ownership of your voice recordings and content.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
PeaPod is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
PeaPod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bountiful, Utah.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a lawsuit, contact us at privacy.peapod@gmail.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
